Compliance Statement

This statement describes what the content on Flirty is, why it is not subject to the record-keeping rules that apply to real performers, and what records we do keep. The operator is ALEKSEI KIM PR BEOGRAD, Vojvode Vlahovića 039U, apt. 14, Zvezdara, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.

No real performers. Every person, picture, video and message on Flirty is generated by software. No real human being is depicted, and no real person has performed in the making of anything on the service.

1. All depictions are synthetic

1. The personas, their faces and bodies, the photos and the short videos are generated by AI image and video models from text prompts and from reference pictures of the personas, which are themselves generated. The messages are generated by language models. There is no voice.
2. We do not use photographs, video or recordings of real people to make personas. Users cannot upload pictures or files.
3. A generated face may resemble a real person by chance. If you think one does, tell us: see the Complaints and Content Removal Policy. We take it down on request.

2. 18 U.S.C. 2257 and similar record-keeping laws

The record-keeping and labelling rules of 18 U.S.C. sections 2257 and 2257A, and of similar laws in other countries, apply to depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Because no actual human being is depicted in the content on Flirty, we regard those rules as not applying to it. We keep no performer records because there are no performers.

If we ever publish a persona or content made from a real person's likeness, we will verify that person's age and identity, record their written consent before publication, keep records as the law requires, name a records custodian here, and update this statement first. No such content exists today.

3. Records we do keep

For what we generate, we keep records of how it was made. They help us deal with complaints and answer authorities:

• the request that produced it, the model that made it and when;
• the text prompts given to the image or video model;
• the result of the checks on the picture (see the Moderation Policy);
• which user it was delivered to, and whether it was generated for them or reused;
• the complaint reference, decision and reasons, for each report.

4. What is not allowed

Sexual content involving minors or anyone who looks like one, real identifiable persons, non-consensual acts and illegal content are not allowed. The Acceptable Use and Content Policy lists the rules, and the Moderation Policy says what we check. These checks reduce the risk and do not remove it, and we say so openly: our automated checks do not detect the age of a person in a generated picture and do not match faces to real people. Reporting is open to everyone (see the Complaints and Content Removal Policy).

5. Child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. We refuse requests that name a minor, reject personas that state an age under 18, and delete accounts that break this rule. Where the law lets us or requires us, we report to the authorities and child-protection bodies.
