Acceptable Use and Content Policy
Effective 2 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-02.1
Flirty is a place for adults to talk and play with fictional AI characters. This policy says what is allowed and what is not, and what we do about it. It is part of the Terms of Service. Anything you can ask for here is limited by it, and some limits cannot be switched off.
Zero tolerance. Anything that sexualises a minor, or a person who looks like one, is never allowed, whatever the framing or fiction. We refuse it, we close accounts for it and we report it to the authorities where the law lets us or requires us to.
1. What is allowed
- Chat between adults, including flirting and sexual talk, with fictional adult personas.
- Asking a persona for photos and short videos that she offers, within the rules below.
- Role-play and fantasy between consenting fictional adults.
2. What is never allowed
- Minors. Any content or request in which a person is, or is presented as, under 18, or looks younger than 18, or is described as a schoolchild or with childlike features in a sexual or suggestive context. No age-play with minors, no "teen" content, no exceptions for fiction.
- Real people. Asking for the face, body, voice, name or story of a real, identifiable person (a celebrity, an acquaintance, an ex), or presenting a persona or a generated picture as a real person. No deepfakes, no impersonation.
- Non-consent. Sexual violence, coercion, drugging, sleeping or unconscious partners, or content that presents non-consensual acts as real, as desirable for real people, or as a how-to.
- Illegal content. Anything illegal where you live or where we operate, including bestiality, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, content that incites terrorism or violence, and illegal drugs or weapons trade.
- Hate and abuse. Content that demeans a group because of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, orientation, disability or similar, harassment or threats against a real person, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
- Fraud and misuse. Using the service to scam anyone, to extract money, to evade payment, or to attack Flirty; sharing or buying an account; automated access, scraping or probing; reselling or redistributing what you unlock; using the service or what it produces to train or evaluate a machine-learning model.
- Personal data of others. Posting private details about real people.
3. How we enforce it
We keep these rules with several layers, none of which is perfect:
- every persona is checked when it is created: we reject a character whose text states an age under 18 or uses words that suggest a minor;
- we give the text model firm limits (everyone is an adult, no real person, nothing illegal) and we check requests for photos and videos for terms that point to a minor before anything is generated;
- we classify what a generated photo shows and check it for obvious faults;
- anyone can report content, and our staff review reports;
- staff may read conversations where needed (see the Privacy Policy).
What happens when a rule is broken. Depending on how serious it is: a refusal, a removal of content, or the end of your account. The most serious breaches (items 1 to 4 above) can end your account at once, with the loss of tokens and Premium time. We may report illegal conduct to the police or a child-protection body such as NCMEC or the Internet Watch Foundation.
You can ask us to review a decision. See the Complaints and Content Removal Policy.
4. Your part
- Tell us if something breaks these rules: use Report in the app.
- Do not rely on us to catch everything. We aim to take content down fast, but we do not promise to find all of it.
- You are responsible for what you ask for and for how you use what you get.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. A new version carries a new date. If it changes what the terms require of you, we ask you to accept it again.
