18+ and Age Assurance
Effective 3 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-03.1
Contents
Flirty is for adults only. This statement explains how we keep it that way today, where that is limited, and how we look at the UK Online Safety Act and similar laws. The service is operated by ALEKSEI KIM PR BEOGRAD, Vojvode Vlahovića 039U, apt. 14, Zvezdara, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
Adults only. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Everyone you meet on Flirty is a fictional adult. If you are under 18, please leave now.
1. What we do today
- An age confirmation before you use the service. When you first arrive, a window asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You cannot close it without answering. We store that you confirmed, and the version of the terms you accepted, in a cookie for one year.
- Confirmation again when you register. To create an account you tick a box confirming that you are 18 or older. Google sign-in is subject to the same confirmation. We record the version of the terms you accepted.
- Adult content costs tokens. Photos and videos are unlocked with tokens bought by cryptocurrency, which a young person is unlikely to hold. This is a barrier but not an age check, and we do not present it as one.
- Blurred pictures on entry pages. On our entry pages, the pictures of the people are shown blurred until you confirm that you are 18 or older.
- Every persona is an adult. We reject any persona whose card states an age under 18 or uses wording that suggests a minor.
- Reports and removal. If you think a minor uses Flirty, tell us with Report in the app or at support@flirty.club. We delete an account we learn belongs to a minor, with its data.
2. What we do not do today
We want to be clear: at present Flirty relies on self-declaration. We do not check an identity document, run a facial age estimation, or use an age-verification provider, and we do not block access based on a check of your age. A determined young person can click through. We tell you this because you are entitled to know.
3. The UK Online Safety Act and other laws
In the United Kingdom, the Online Safety Act 2023 and the regulator Ofcom expect services that allow pornographic content to use "highly effective age assurance" so that children cannot normally encounter it, and they do not accept self-declaration for that purpose. Other countries and some US states have similar or stricter rules, and some require checks for adult websites.
Our position. The Service is not offered in the United Kingdom while we have no age assurance that meets the Online Safety Act. Access from the United Kingdom is blocked: a visitor whose address is in the UK sees a page saying Flirty is not available in their country, and the legal documents stay readable so that the reason can be found. We find the country from the address your device connects from, with a country database. If you are in the UK, you must not use Flirty, and a VPN or other way around the block is a breach of the Terms of Service. We will reopen the service there only after we introduce an age check that meets the law, such as a check by a third-party provider (a facial age estimation, an identity document check or a payment-based check), and we will update this statement and the Privacy Policy first, telling you what data the check uses, who handles it and how long it is kept. Where the law of another country requires a check that is not in place and you are there, you must not use Flirty from there either.
4. If a check is wrong
When we introduce a check, you will be able to challenge an outcome by writing to support@flirty.club or using Report in the app, and to try another method.
5. Parents and guardians
Parental controls on your device and filters on your network can block Flirty. Ask us at support@flirty.club if you would like us to look at a case.
